I didn't like my haircut at first but after a shower and a little bit of styling. I actually found a way to love it. I had very long hair so I am sure they did what they could with what I had. For a 20 year old that's only been working for 2 days. I am pretty impressed. She was also a very sweet lady that was willing to look at the bright side of things. Hit or miss on who's working
